Last Making
The last is critically important for the design and comfort of shoes.
For each product we select only the best last out of the several hundred we own.
Depending on the design of the shoe, we could also create a new last.
Pattern Making
Considering balance, function and durability,
the design is sketched onto the last and then the pattern paper is made.
We are able to maintain quality and match the desired image with our experienced in-house pattern-making team.
Closing
Through careful calculations done on stretched leather,
we are able to carve it into desired shapes and sizes based on paper patterns.
Parts of shoes are put together with glue and stich.
We thoroughly pay attention to every detail in order to keep strict quality standard.
Bottom Making1
The lasting process is to mold the upper part onto the last.
Using lasting pliers, the leather is pulled to ensure the leather stretches smoothly and takes a form.
We are also able to use stiching process such as Mckay process and Blake Rapid process.

We are one of few shoe makers which are capable of Goodyear construction.
In order to meet various needs of customers and improve quality of our products,
we always search materials around the world and hold production process inhouse.
Finishing
Our finishing procedure brings out the beauty of the shoe
by a detailed polishing process that also increases the longevity of the shoe
by protecting it from moisture and dirt. Depending on design of shoes,
we use wide range of tools for finishing. We are able to bring appearance the shoes unique to handmaking.
